Customer Service Executive, eSolutions

Description

  • Provide customer service for B2C customers.
  • Handle enquiries from end customers.
  • Manage the communication tools effectively (e.g., whatsapp, emails etc).
  • Communicate with warehouse to handle inbound shipments.
  • Ensure correct update of inventories in the system.

Minimum requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Enthusiastic, independent, well organised, customer-oriented with can do attitude to work with different parties
