Customer Service Executive, eSolutions
Description
- Provide customer service for B2C customers.
- Handle enquiries from end customers.
- Manage the communication tools effectively (e.g., whatsapp, emails etc).
- Communicate with warehouse to handle inbound shipments.
- Ensure correct update of inventories in the system.
Minimum requirements
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Enthusiastic, independent, well organised, customer-oriented with can do attitude to work with different parties
