Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day air import and export operations
  • Handle full set of export documents and operations.
  • Input data into Operating System in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor the shipment status, provision of shipment information including the fleet details, number of packages etc.
  • Communicate with local shippers, overseas customers, agents and/or colleagues.
  • Attend to sales rate inquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Provide customer service and keep clients informed of the shipment status.
  • Handle costing and billing

Minimum requirements

  • Degree in logistics or supply chain management
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin
