About the role:

We are looking for a Thid Parties Lead to join our dynamic team at Noatum Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible of ensuring the effective governance, quality, and control of master data and third-party records within the CW1 environment across West Med. This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and business decision-making through accurate data management, strong governance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Reponsibilities:

  • Manage third-party and customer data lifecycle (onboarding, updates, offboarding), ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Drive data quality and governance across CW1, including validation, deduplication, and consistency controls
  • Act as a key reference for Master Data Management (MDM), promoting best practices and correct system usage
  • Monitor and analyse data through BI reporting to support business decisions and performance tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement) to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including data cleansing, automation, and process optimization
  • Oversee supplier data management and compliance within the NL scope
  • Support CAE processes and subcontracting control ensuring proper documentation and tracking
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Around 3+ years of experience in a similar role [JD - Lead...arties Mgt | PDF]
  • Experience in data management, MDM, or ERP environments (CW1 is a plus)
